IMO go kurzick, then go get 15k luxon armor, dye it white, get some more money and get a fissure helm because the luxon helms look retarded.

There are some nice Necro skills which can be useful to a Warrior, giving them an advantage over their attacker. I'll just list a few and let you decide if you can make a build out of them. They're either Prophecies or Factions or both.
Virulence {E} - Probably more suitable for a sword warrior to follow a Server Artery and Gash.
Plague Touch - Nice little skill to remove a condition from you and put it on some else.
Enfeebling Touch (or other Enfeeble skills) - Someone beating on you, reduce the damage they are doing.
Insidious Parasite - Coupled with Enfeebling Touch, they'll do less damage to you, and might even heal you as they kill themselves with each attack. Costly with long recharge, so it can't be spammed.
Weaken Armor - Reduce someone's armor by 20 AL.
Life Siphon - Health regen for you and a degen for them.
Barbs - Adds that bit more damage to them.
Tainted Flesh {E} - Disease that person hitting you in melee.
Rigor Mortis - Let them try blocking or evading your attacks now.
Vampiric Gaze/Vampric Touch - Nice heal and spike damage to finish them off.

Rera, I must say I disagree with you entirely on your damage modifier choice for weapons. I agree with what you said about 15% Whilst Enchanted/Stanced mods, but I have to say that what you said about unconditional damage modifiers in my opinion is completely incorrect. Admitedly, 15^50 weapons are very good, yet I cannont grasp your objection to 15-10al and 15-5e weapons. First of all, 15-10al is a very good mod. Most people reject the -10 armour, yet combined with a +5 armor mod (which is superior to Fortitude (especially in this case) unless facing degen), will only give you -5 armor whilst attacking, which for the average 80 armor warrior is minimal. It also provides a permanent 15% damage bonus. Secondly, -5e. For a pure adrenal warrior, which I often run, energy is no concern. So paying 5 energy, that isnt used anyway, for a permenant 15% extra damage is an extremely good tradeoff. I would far prefer an unconditional damage mod to a 15^50, as you are not always above 50% health. Thats just what I think.
As for the OP, anything you spend it on will purely be for 'I'm richer than you'. Personally, what I would do is take my favourite armors and weapon skins (not necessarily most expensive) and buy them. If you have a strong taste for... lets say... Gothic Blades, go buy a Gothic Blade with your preferred mods (IMO, Zealous, 15%-10al, +5 Armor, but thats just me). Also, if you haven't done so already complete the game. Another thing is you don't have to spend that money on your warrior. If you like farming, spend some money getting a 55 monk, or on another new character. To be honest, what you do with it should be entirely your opinion, as long as you have weapons and armor that functions well its completely down to preference.

Buy all the warrior skills, and get enough cap sigs to cap all the warrior elites, at least, plus select elites from other classes (Grenth's Balance and Martyr come to mind).
Nothing improves the game more than being able to run any build you like with any character, in my opinion. ^_^

Mods cannot be added to green items because they already have mods build into them. They are basically a "perfect" item, the same as one you could make by adding perfect mods to a perfect dropped item.
There is no such item as an "Exaulted Aegis Axe."
Shields cannot have mods added to them, whether green or otherwise.
If you're talking about the green axe from the Divine Path, then what you mean is the "Dragoncrest Axe." Like all green items, mods cannot be added. This axe is the same as a modded 15^50 3-1 vampiric +30hp axe. It is a good choice in general. "Wing's Axe" is the zealous equivalent if you want one for an energy build. It's also good to have as a swap for regaining energy if it gets low, even if you mostly use adrenaline. Modded gold/purple/collector versions of these axes may or may not be cheaper. You'd have to compare prices.

-5/20% chance is rubbish ...while in stance foes have 75% chance to hit u and they keep missing ... imagine trying for the 20% condition to fulfil its hard lol..... so much for the 20/20 mods too its a waste of time if u ask me .... pls take no offence jus my opinion. peace
